How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Portugal & Europe: 5–11 business days
  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–19 business days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does production take?

Production takes 2–4 business days.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Are Heartlyne products made to order?

Yes. Most Heartlyne products are made to order and often personalized specifically for each customer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

As items are made to order, changes or cancellations are only possible shortly after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return a personalized item?

No. Personalized items are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned, except in cases of defects or production errors.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If there’s a defect or production error, we offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (in cases of verified defects)
    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

PRODUCT & CARE

Will my product look exactly like the preview?

We do our best to represent each product accurately. Minor variations in colour or placement may occur due to screen settings and production processes.

Clothing T-shirts, Hoodies & Apparel

  • Wash inside out
  • Wash cold (max. 30°C / 86°F)
  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Do not use bleach
  • Avoid fabric softeners
  • Tumble dry on low heat or air dry
  • Iron inside out on low heat
  • Do not iron directly over the print
  • Do not dry clean

Following these instructions helps prevent fading, cracking, or peeling of the print.

Caps

  • Spot clean only
  • Do not machine wash
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Avoid excessive heat
  • Air dry naturally

Mugs & Drinkware

  • Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended)
  • For longer-lasting print quality, hand washing is recommended
  • Do not use abrasive sponges
  • Microwave safe unless otherwise stated

Posters & Wall Art

  • Keep in a dry environment
  • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading
  • Use frames or protective covers when possible
