At Heartlyne, all products are made to order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners. Please review the information below before placing your order.

 

1. Processing & Production Time

All Heartlyne items are produced on demand.

Production time: 2–4 business days

Production times may vary slightly depending on the product and production partner.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times (including production):

Portugal & Europe

Estimated total: 5–11 business days

United States

Estimated total: 6–12 business days

Rest of the World

Estimated total: 7–19 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

- Your location

- The products in your order

 

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

 

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

 

6. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on the production partner and product type.

In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.

 

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Heartlyne is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will apply.

 

8. Delays & Lost Packages

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
